Passport photo DCF Frankfurt

I'm going to ask this here since I am withdrawing my online submitted I-130 and mailing in to Frankfurt consulate. They ask for passport photo and I had some questions that I might also email to them since they have been helpful.

 

Here they print out passport photos in EU style but I was also able to get 5cmx5cm printed and some sizes close to it, but they print out 2 or 4 to a page. Do I need to cut these out or can I send the sheet t to them? This is also the case for photos printed at fotofix booths here in Germany.

 

For hers, I'm having her send me physical copies along with her passport, but I want to try and print hers and send our packet in asap.

 

I'm just wondering if they require it a certain way.

They need to be cut into 2 inch by 2 inch squares. 
 

Why can’t you get the photos at 5.08cm to a side? Take a selfie and do it yourself.
 

I don’t know what the equivalent is to a standard 4x6 inch photo is in Germany  but what ever it is, you can fit at least two 2z2 inch photos on it.  

 

Surely you  pay under one Euro per photo printed wherever Germans go to print digital photos when they don’t have their own photo printer.

I reached out to them and they tell me it is fine to send uncut sheets. I think there is some misunderstanding I have been trying to do this. I've printed out various sizes and formats at DM at photo kiosks and was going to by a cutting board to size t up, but hopefully them cutting it will alleviate the stress of trying to do it myself.
