Depending how far along your fiancee is when she gets her visa, she may or may not be able to fly until after she gives birth. If the child is born in the Philippines, all you have to do is apply for a birth abroad at the embassy and get the child's passport.

Being pregnant won't affect the K-1 but, as another poster said, it will affect her ability to fly. Good luck with your petition :thumbs:

Most guys would be a bit more careful when it "comes" to knocking their fiance up in a foreign country.

What will happen to the pinay and anak if you should go belly up or the petition is denied.

I imagine you have made plans for helping with the care and upbringing of the future child in the Philippines.

i meant not being the father could happen to anyone, i suppose

as for the other, stuff happens, even though i tried to be careful and now i'm thinking happier thoughts than my impending demise :)
