Hi, did anyone encounter a case where one person in a family has non-Ukrainian passport? I am sponsoring a husband and a wife and the husband is Ukrainian and the wife is Russian. The husband got the travel authorization approved right away and the wife's case is been submitted and waiting. Any experience with what happens next and how long the wait is?

Also how do you get through to a USCIS agent? I called 5 times and no matter what I say, the automated system answers and hangs up. I can't figure out how to get to a live person.

I am wondering if United for Ukraine beneficiaries can do the I-765 online or do they need to file paper forms. Is anyone starting this process yet?

Thanx - Kineo

My fiance's brother who lives in US did it for their mom and it was already approved. They were sent a form with a expiration date with the latest date she could enter the US.  (August)

This actually might be an issue... see: https://www.rescue.org/announcement/uniting-ukraine-info-and-faqs

I know about this. But the program details aren't clear on families. I am talking about a married couple, where they already approved the husband (he has Ukrainian citizenship).

that's the interpretation from USCIS - your best bet is to call them (which you are already doing), however the program conditions are explicitly designed for those who hold a Ukrainian passport, so I wouldn't be surprised if they only issue one travel authorization.

Ask it to change birth date or passport number, it worked for me and let me through.

Yes. That happened to the family we are sponsoring too. They are 4 people, and all 4 CBP docs have the DOB off by exactly 1 day.

They've talked to other U4U beneficiaries, it's happened to them too, seems to be a common issue.

We're not worried about it. We already bought their plane tickets, they're coming here next week.

I have a problem that maybe someone else has dealt with. Got a travel document for family member but birth year is wrong so called yesterday and expecting Tier 2 call. I also tried emailing from account about wrong year. I think he will not even be able to board plane if birth year on passport is not same as birth year on travel authorization. Has anyone fixed this kind of issue and how long did it take.

Hi! long time lurker here and looking for some insight. In-laws are from Kyiv and we're in the process of filling out the I-134 the and wanted to see what others have done. The new form is a bit confusing. In the section for Sponsor's income, for the life of me, i cant figure out where to enter my employment base income or household income. There's "total income" as it relates to income contribution to the beneficiary. Am i missing something. If anyone can provide any guidance, I would so gladly appreciate. Thanks!
