Note the last part - they talk about group member and no additional action required. That's why I'm so puzzled

I see. I'm sorry, I don't know about this. I am one step behind you in filing for a married couple. I would say that "make sense" doesn't always apply to government. Maybe you do have to create a separate account for the daughter too?

I created I-134 for her and her daughter on April 28th. The requests for approved on May 4th. She received emails on May 6th, registered USCIS account, filled out the bio information for herself and added her daughter as a group member. Today she checked her account - a document from Homeland Security with "travel authorized" was posted, but only she herself is listed there. What should we do now? My USCIS account no longer has the case. Only hey account does. Does she need to create a separate account for her child?

I have got exact the same response and situation.  I am concerned about if something more is needed for the child.

 

I must say even though I have had a quite a few questions along the way on the this process, I am very impressed how swiftly the process has proceeded.

OK, the problem for resolved. I've called my lawyer, and he told me to repeat the process for the child (USCIS account registration, attestation), despite it appearing redundant. It worked! I put the child as the leader of the group, the mother as part of the group. Repeated the attestation. The very same second I submitted the request - a travel authorization document from DHS has appeared in the notices!

We are done!

We are sponsoring a family of four from Kherson - mom, dad and 2 kids. They are coming to us in Chicago.

We filed the I-134 sponsorships on May 4. Yes, we did this FOUR TIMES, once for each member of the family. That is the required procedure.

We were approved on May 6, and the beneficiaries got emails. They went on USCIS site to enter their parts and were also done on May 6.

They now have CBP approval for their entry to US. I am buying their plane tickets, they will com here next week. 

AMAZING how fast it all went. Now my main concerns are a) health insurance for them b) filing I-765 for their Employment Authorization EAD. Timelines for EAD are taking months for everyone else, not sure if U4U people will be expedited fast on EAD just as they were for the first part of this process.

Thanks for the information. We  created a USCIS for the minor and did the attestation. Like you said the Travel authorization appear immediately.

I am wondering if United for Ukraine beneficiaries can do the I-765 online or do they need to file paper forms. Is anyone starting this process yet?

Did you get to submit them? how it resolved? I am getting an error now on the beneficiary account.

Did you check sponsor or beneficiary account? It only appears on beneficiary one.

also, it does seem it takes some time in some cases for the notice to appear after the status change, I’d probably give it several hours

Yes, I did. It is not there, are you supposed to have it in “Notices”? It says that the travel authorization was received on Thursday and it is still not in Notices.

Yes, Just waited out stressful ~24 hours (I think even longer) Tier 2 didn’t call back but the issue just disappeared.

About the submission problems. I had a few too. It does seem like a purely technical problem. I was able to submit at a later time. Keep trying.

Yes, it’s next to all other pdf documents. Unfortunately the website is down now, can’t take a screenshot
