He should be approvable as the Spouse of a Ukrainian.

So, do Uniting for Ukraine beneficiaries need to re-register if they've been here a while? My Mother-in-Law from Ukraine has been staying with us here in the US since Oct 2022 thru the U4U program. Does she need to re-register before Oct 20 to extend her parole until Apr 2025?

Took just under 1 month. Just received NOA2 today.

Sorry in advance, I know this has been mentioned before, but if a wife and husband are traveling together, do they have to submit one application via the USCIS website, or 2? Do they both need to make USCIS accounts?

TIA

On September 16, 2023, we received your travel authorization decision from CBP for Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxx. Please log into your USCIS online account and follow the instructions.

I have signed up on my USCIS account, but nothing has changed or see any instructions to follow, I asked the beneficiary to look for an email and to log in her USCIS account and she said that there are no instructions to be follow, what can I do next? Thank you

Have the beneficiary check their USCIS online account under the NOTICES tab. That is where the travel document should appear.  Good luck!

My beneficiary has no access to her USCIS online account, therefore she is not able to get her already approved Travel Authorization ( for her daughter) is there anything I can do to help? Or do I have to apply again for her daughter and make a new account?

Some questions for discussion:

Has anyone here on U4U started the TPS process? Or thinking about starting the process?

My understanding that if you file for TPS it does not affect your U4U status, just protects you from being expelled. Does this sound right?

If you have an EAD, do you now have to file for another EAD under TPS?

I'm finding the information so far pretty vague.....

I would have thought that pretty much everybody who could has.

I thought the dates did not overlap?
