I'm not sure why it work for one and not the other. But, from my understand option 1 on the I-912 is the strongest case for fee waiver. So it might er worth it to try.

Not sure what you are referring to here. There is no biometrics for U4U. If they apply for Employment Authorization(EA), then there is Biometrics, but only for those who apply for EA.

Are they eligible for U4U, yes. This will have not affect on his obligations as a Ukrainian citizen, that is a separate subject.

There seems no limit how often the same person could apply for U4U

The reasons are very limited:

You must complete Part 4. of the form indicating how your intended travel fits within 1 of the 3 purposes below.  You must also provide evidence of your reason for travel outside of the United States including the dates of travel and the expected duration outside the United States.  If your advance parole application is approved, the validity dates of your Advance Parole Document will be for the duration of the documented need for travel.  

Below are examples of acceptable evidence:

Educational Purposes

(a) A letter from a school employee acting in an official capacity describing the purpose of the travel and explaining why travel is required or beneficial; or

(b) A document showing enrollment in an educational program requiring travel.

Employment Purposes

A letter from your employer or a conference host describing the need for the travel.

Humanitarian Purposes

(a) A letter from your physician explaining the nature of your medical condition, the specific medical treatment to be sought outside of the United States, and a brief explanation why travel outside the U.S. is medically necessary; or  

(b) Documentation of a family member’s serious illness or death.

Can someone please confirm the dates on the parole? Is it issued with the date when the final approval was granted and then 90 days are counted from there? Or from the date when the initial application was submitted by the sponsor?

Ex. if we file 11/16 and go through all the steps by 11/28 and get the parole that day, will the parole be dated 11/28 ? And then the 90 days will be counted from that date? I assume so much but wanted to confirm with someone who has gone through the process.

Just resent the package back in. 

 

The I-912 is now based on receiving means-tested benefits. I attached copies of forms showing their approval for benefits.

 

In addition, my beneficiaries' father passed away recently, so I am attempting to use that as a reason to expedite and add justification for applying for the I-131 for the beneficiaries. We will see how this goes. Hoping for the best.

I see in your U4U timeline that you applied for benefits after applying for the I-765/I-912. So what option did you use for the beneficiaries then? Asking bc I'm a Venezuelan with parole and we are not receiving means-tested benefits.

It would be from the date of the travel authorization.

We went with option #3. From my understanding it requires good justification. We made our case by explaining the situation of why they are here (Uniting for Ukraine and displaced my the war), they have not accessible assets, and no way to make an income at this time.

I've submitted five forms and only received receipt notices since then.

I don't have any information specific since October 19th. But previously this situation indicated that something about I-134 was not sufficient to meet the approval process. From my observation it was often not complete/sufficient documentation.

i submitted November 17 the case is already confirmed and this is the third person am getting

Hello. 

 

My beneficiary's travel authorization will expire soon. Can I apply for a new one now or have to wait until the old one expires? 

I am not able to extend it. USCIS told me they are not doing it now.

 

Will they grant my beneficiary a new travel authorization?
