Hello again.

My another beneficiary got approved but she didn't receive an email with instructions. Any suggestions on what to do?

Thank you

When did she get approved? I've found that the email usually lags about a day behind the approval notice the sponsor gets....

She was approved on September 24.

My first beneficiary got an email notification immediately. So I am little panicked.

Probably not time to panic yet. But I would have check to make the email isn't in her spam or some other filtered folder.

I was right to panic :)

The live chat support told me they have to change her email address on file. I am not sure how would I have made that mistake...

Tier 2 will call or email in 72 hours. Hopefully it gets done.

Thank you

Wrong email? That will do it.

Sorry for another post, but a follow up question:

Can I just complete another form for the same beneficiary? Maybe it will be easier this way.

From what I understand you can. I would reference the the A-number assigned to the beneficiary in the first notice.

Sorry if this was already addressed before, but what is everyone doing for health insurance? My beneficiary settled in Portland, Oregon. They have some chronic medial conditions, don't know the full extent but it will require some serious diagnostics and treatment.

You should contact your local department of social services, and pursue getting Medicaid for them (as well as SNAP and TANF).  U4U beneficiaries are almost always eligible for these (although it may take sustained efforts on your part to break through layers of people who don't know or don't go outside their mental box).   There is no reason it can't be resolved quickly and favorably.

If Medicaid (for some reason that I can't imagine) is denied, you can then pursue coverage through the health insurance Marketplace (AKA Obamacare).  https://www.healthcare.gov/get-coverage/

They are probably eligible for Medicaid the Federal/State program. I think it is called Oregon Health Plan (OHP) in Oregon.

Wow! Fantastic U4U timeline!! Very helpful.  No response after 2 weeks ((((((

No response, that I've heard a lot! Most people believe that is a sign that there is something wrong or insufficient. From what I see here on VJ many people submit a new I-134 being sure that all information is complete and accurate and that all documentation is attached. And often breezes right through.
