Has anyone else applied for the Uniting for Ukraine program?

Guys, we are trying to fix a typo on I-134 (the Beneficiary's email address - wrong letter, just one letter) - anyone has tried doing this with form I-134? Or should I just file a new one? The first one (that incorrectly stated the email) was approved, and no one noticed the typo. The USCIS site has a special form where you can request a change of a typo, but this particular form (I-134) is simply NOT on the list: there is I-131, but not the I-134. Anyone has a word of advise? I ended up Calling LOT and asking them about the discount. The lady i talked to did not know if they would extand the 15% discount past Sept 30th,

I still got the tickets from them as it is the only non stop flight available from WAW.

The only question i have to figure out is the Tuberculesis atestation they have to do and Covid- vaccine rules to get on the plane in Warsaw.

If they have their travel authorization you must have done the pre-arrival attestation. The IGRA TB test and attestations would be within 90 days post arrival. For non-stop flight there should be not additional COVID requirements.

For form I-765, what should one put under “Immigration Status” (line 24 and 25) and “Eligibility Category” (line 27)? So far, we have put “UHP” (as it is on i-94) and “(a)(4)”, respectively.

For 24 & 25 "Uniting for Ukraine Humanitarian Parole". The eligibility category for U4U needs to be  (c)(11).

If you don’t mind me asking - how did you find out about those? My google searches about U4U weren’t fruitful - except for maybe that it counts as humanitarian parole.

Mostly from sifting through documents from USCIS, DHS and CBP. Most of the information is there but not all in one place. After that some trial to see what works. And listening to the experience others have had.

Super appreciate all the folks on this thread. Reading through it all was very informational and helped a lot with the filing and what to expect. I (USC) filed for my wife's (K1) Mom yesterday. Will provide process info here for tracking and reference. Hoping everything goes smoothly.

I have a beneficiary who submitted a 134 with the wrong passport number but they correct passport image. they got a travel authorization with the wrong passport number. so if we refile should I use the same a number?

If you are refiling I would think you would want to correct the number....

Yes of course, the question is should the A-number assigned to the person be reused on the refilling?

Oh, the Alien-number. That is a good question. I think yes, if they already have one assigned it should be used. I'm interest if others think different.
