At the POE they will present their Passport, travel authorization and documentation of guardianship of minor(birth certificate) if applicable. I expect there will be some questions most relating to info supplied on application. (One question our beneficiaries were ask where they will be staying initially.) There will be some waiting time while CBP processes paperwork. Our beneficiaries arrived in Boston and it took between 1 and 2 hours for Passport control and CBP.

Just got confirm nitice.  Does " Confirmed " means that I-134 is approved? If it is approved, on the everage how long it tskes for the beneficiary to get an email.

Yes, "CONFIRM Notice" is approval. It should read "USCIS has reviewed the Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, that you filed on behalf of the beneficiary named above, and we have confirmed that
your Form I-134 is sufficient."

My experience is the beneficiaries will received their emails "CONFRIM Notice" and "USCIS Account Access" in less than 24 hours.

They Just did. We got the emails almost at the same time 🙂

It is amazing what USCIS is capable of doing when the put the effort into it. I have been pretty impressed for the most part.

Just let us know if they have any questions on the process. The CBP travel authorization document can take 0-3 days from my experience.

Thank You for your input. I am sure that they will need some guidance in crfeating an account and filling in the questions.  I am allmost positive that i will too. 🙂

I wonder if anyone tried to remote in to the beneficiaries computer and do it togather with them via shared desktop?

Just reading what people are doing after the Beneficiaries get here and some questions arrise. There has to be a sertain order of documents being sent. The laws are different pretty much in every state. In WI i would not be able to get a DL unless they have SS number i beleive.  I see that I-912 is being sent with I-765 at the same time.

Does that mean you do not send the check with the fee at the same trime or you do and they destroy it if the I-912 is approved?

I used Zoom to do that for one of my beneficiaries.

The TB test and 2nd attestation need to be done by the beneficiaries in the first 90 days. I would apply for benefits first (SNAP & Health insurance). For most then they will want work authorization.

For Driver's license the state have differences but mostly similar. In Maine they request SSN, but in the fine print you can explain why you don't have one. (We did explained that not yet, waiting on USCIS/SSA to process.)

Yes. On the I-912 it is noted that it is for the I-765. And they are sent together. I don't think you should send check with I-912, we did not. I would recommend applying for benefits (SNAP and health insurance) first. If you can show the beneficiary is approved for SNAP, etc put it on the I-912. This will almost automatically approve the I-912.

One can app;y for SNAP before they get SS number?

I am new to this... so have plenty of questions. What kind of health insurance would be appropriate for this program . that is if there is one for this program.

In Maine it was no problem to apply without SSN. Our beneficiaries applied for SNAP and MaineCare as one application with the Maine DHHS(though these are federal programs. These are programs discussed here:https://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr/fact-sheet/benefits-ukrainian-humanitarian-parolees

Travel Authorization Decision Posted

On September 1, 2022, we received your travel authorization decision from CBP for Receipt Number IOE9620140409. Please log into your USCIS online account and follow the instructions.

 

And there is nothing else. Does the beneficiary the one that gets instructions only? Whats interesting is that only the adult got it. The 13 year old did not het this msg.

What does that mean?
