Ah. This is the way I understood the process. Not many beneficiaries will be adjusting status unless something changes during the 2 years they are paroled for.

On VJ there are a lot of spouses/GF/Parents.

 

I doubt that is representative.

Am i missing something? I am filing  I-134 for my fiance doughter who is only 13 years old. And when it asks for a passport and passport number i have nothing to write in as the child is still young and has no passport. So the system is coming up with errors. What am i doing wrong?

Every beneficiary needs an international passport. I supported a family with a 20 month old and an 11 year old. Both had passports.

 

If your beneficiary is outside of Ukraine already, the parent can contact the nearest UA embassy to get a passport for the child

In Ukraine sometimes the young children are on mom's passport. That will work also. But the child will either need their own or on parents passport to apply for Uniting for Ukraine.

Are we tracking processing times for U4U EADs anywhere?

Here is our timeline so far. Curious to see others.

Would it make sense to start a thread for U4U after arrival?
We are in the process for applying for financial aid and benefits. Started English classed on Zoom and joining ESL classes in the community college in another month. Kid is registered for school. Adapting. Things are moving along.

I do not believe there is a different timeline for U4U EAD compared to any other EAD.

What would be the path to AOS for a U4U parolee (currently in US) who is a sibling of a USC with I-130 already approved (waiting on visa number)?

Edit: answered my own question

"In general, if you are filing as a beneficiary of an immigrant visa petition (such as Form I-130, Form I-140, or Form I-360), you may file an adjustment application only after USCIS has approved your petition and an immigrant visa number is immediately available."

I've seen where people have posted they got it in as short as 60 days and several less than 90 days.

 the Consular office in Poland put my 4 y.o. niece's photograph, name, and DOB into her mother's passport. They had no issues getting on the plane or crossing the border. both got parole stamps and separate I-94s. When completing the I-134, enter mom's passport number on both applications.
