Our beneficiaries got here tonight. Picked them up at O'Hare , just got them settled in for the night. Their flight landed at 8pm but they didn't get out of CBP clearance until nearly 3 hours later. A

Our beneficiaries arrived in Boston yesterday from Warsaw via Munich and Frankfurt. Process was very smooth and efficient for all of them. The total time from from deplane to terminal exit was less than 90 minutes.

It can take a few days. I created 1 account for a family of 4. The account owner was approved very fast, followed by everyone else some hours later.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Was it you who mentioned beneficiaries going through the AOS process? Any idea how they would go about doing that?

My beneficiary just received travel authorization - same day after submitting the form. Now I got the following message in my USCIS account:

Travel Authorization Decision Posted

On July 22, 2022, we received your travel authorization decision from CBP for Receipt Number [xxx]. Please log into your USCIS online account and follow the instructions.

 

I am not sure what this means - I am logged into my USCIS account and I don't see any instructions. Do others get this as well? Is there any action on my end, or can my beneficiary simply travel to the US with the issued travel authorization letter and passport?

It simply means the travel authorization has been posted to the beneficiaries USCIS account. No further action on your part.

If the children are over 21 and married then you file a I 130 and wait maybe 9 years so well beyond the current U4U

 

Assuming they have not been petitioned before and a visa number is close.
