My opinion, for what it is worth, is most I-134's I am aware of process in 0-3 days. With that in mind 2 weeks sounds like plenty of time to wait.

Not that I heard of. But you are required to retain the documentation (in case they require you to prove it at a later date).

Hi guys. My friends are arriving on the 25th in US. Geeting a bit nervous and trying not to miss anything. They are asking me about Covid-10 vaccene, They are not vaccinated at this time. WHat should they expect at the point of entry?

Or  what steps should they take while still in Ukraine?

One more thing. Buying train tickets from Kyiv to Warsaw is next to impossible. They live in Vinnitsa. Are busses as rekiable as the trains?

U4U are exempt from Covid-19 requirement.

 

I would check Ukraine-based sources of information for transportation, e.g. Facebook or Telegram groups.

My wife and daughter lived in Vinnytsia. They left in mid July 2022 and took a bus to Warsaw. She used GDAMALER/Гречанюк фоп and the bus trip went smoothly back then. She did drop most of her luggage in Warsaw a few weeks earlier when she drove her car to Vilnius for the medical exam (I-130). She took a flight from Warsaw to Frankfurt the following day. She did not drive because she wanted to leave her car for family members to use.

They got their travel authorization. Were in doctors office today. Mom got J&J vaccine. The 14 year old will get a first shot of Pfiser in ukraine and get the second in the States. strange that doctor suggested a different vaccine for the child.

Time is of essense they are leaving on 25th and there has to be a 14 day window after vaccine. 

Everything is begining to move very fast. At least it seems like it does.

Just got a call... they were able to book a Intervity train seats directly to Warsaw. and plane is 6 hours later. I would be nervous with small window like that.

Once on the plane it is a nonstop to Chocago.

I am familiar with a family of 3 (Mother and 2 sons). Quite simple. Took a little over 2 hours from arrive. It will probably depend also on how many international flights are arriving at the time.

For the I-912s for your beneficiaries, what are you selecting as the justification? Is it only the "below 150 percent poverty level" option? If so, what documentation are you submitting to substantiate the response?

 

Also why not try to apply for Advance Parole?
