It seems you are essentially asking the same question that was already asked.  As the first thread, the best remedy at this point is spending more time together before trying either a K1 or a spousal visa again.  I would recommend the spousal visa.

Good Luck!

I went to the interview today, and I was given a 221g sheet containing this, what should I do?which prohibits the granting of a visa to anyone who marries or becomes engaged for the sole purpose of obtaining immigration benefits

This is what google says.

What document do they need?

We met in 2012 for the first time, we lost contact about two years later, in July 2019 we got back in touch, then in September 2020 she came to see me, we got engaged.  in January 2021 we applied for a K1 visa.

You received an interview before me and I applied in November 20 20 and I’m still waiting on a letter of instruction

The 221G is usually not a absolutely Nile at times they ask you for proof or more proof of whatever is missing. Have you gone ahead and attempted to appeal?

Not true I know a few who are doing so now

Actually, it is true.  Once a K-1 case leaves the consulate, it is allowed to expire at USCIS.  This has been reported time and time again here on VJ.
