What is this paper? Be specific.

This will not be useable to reenter the US.  However you can use the USCIS receipt (I797) for the replacement GC to get an I551 stamp in your passport .. this enables you to seek reentry .. you will need an infopass appt at your local USCIS service centre .. you will need to call USCIS to get an appt scheduled
