Schedule interviews in Warsaw

I am confused by the posts and have some questions.

1. I got my NVC case number, and I heard next available interviews dates you can choose is November in Warsaw embassy, Is this true? If so I’d like to meet one more time in summer.

2. To see the schedule calendar I suppose it needs the DS160 form filled and fee paid, I started filling the DS160 and my fiancée has two kids and I suppose to fill 3 DS 160 forms and pay 3 person separately?

3. But when I called rapid visa, they said I should wait for my case arrive in Warsaw embassy and I then fill the form, but wait another month could push the available interviews dates to December? Can I just finish the DS160 form and then schedule the interview date right now? If I finished the form and paid today and I can have access to the schedule calendar?

you can not do anything till the embassy has the case

no way to schedule an interview when they know nothing about your case

the embassy will notify u to fill out the ds 160 when they have your packet

This is actually incorrect. Warsaw is a self-scheduling embassy when it comes to k1s. You’re free to schedule an appointment as soon as you pay the MRV fee. That said, you’re supposed to wait until the embassy tells you to schedule the appointment.

That’s what I am very confused, rapid visa just tell me my DS160 submit date must be later than my case arrive in Warsaw embassy date, and do we need wait until our DS 160 submitted and pay the fees and then schedule? Or we just can pay the fees and schedule the interview?

C@m is correct. You can schedule the interview after paying the MRV fee, though again, Warsaw does not like people doing this. Warsaw will cancel your interview if it's coming up and they didn't send out your Packet 3; I'm not sure how far in advance they'll do this, but it has been done to other filers before. If that happens, your MRV fee is effectively lost. Because of the amount of people improperly trying to schedule interviews far in advance, there's been reports here of filers being locked out of their accounts, even, when talking to TravelDocs before NVC ships out. 

 

That being said, RapidVisa is incorrect that the DS-160 date must be later than the Warsaw date. At least, I'm 99% sure. From what I recall, I think CEAC even prompted me to do the DS-160 after they sent my packet to Warsaw. I don't really know why the DS-160 date would matter, anyway, so long as it's up-to-date for the interview. Warsaw confirmed to me over the phone they'll happily update your DS-160 up to three days before the interview.
