Correct mailing address for NVC to send documents?

Hi all - When i called NVC they gave me the express mail address of  44132 mercure circle PO box Sterling Virginal address but when i was about to click agree for the DS-260 the address indicted to send the documents is 31 Rochester Avenue NH? So which one is the correct address? TIA

NVC does not accept mailing of documents. All documents must be uploaded. So not sure who you talked to. NVC is not even in Virginia. What # did you call.

NVC number i called as always is 6033340700 - my CEAC has no option to upload the documents so i called in and my case is a mail -in application

depends on if u mail thru USPS or other carrier

 

Submitting Documents to the NVC

 

Mail Processing

Only mail documents to NVC if instructed. Submitting documents by mail when not instructed to will delay the processing of your case.

After you collect the financial evidence and supporting documents, you must submit all required items in ONE package to NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you don't submit all of your documents at the same time.

IMPORTANT: Do not send your original passport or original civil documents such as birth, and marriage certificates. Instead, submit a photocopy of these documents to NVC. However, you must bring these original documents to your visa interview. This is true no matter what method you are required to submit documents to NVC. 

If you have been instructed by NVC to physically mail your documents for review mail all of the following together.

• Document Cover Sheet included in your NVC Welcome Letter
• Financial forms and supporting documents
• Photocopies of civil documents as well as any required translations.

IMPORTANT:  Please send photocopies only.  DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.

Please any info about the correct address to mail the documents. I need to mail mine as well, but confused to see Virginia instead of NH.

When I was filling out DS-260 on the getting started page, I also had this address - 31 Rochester Avenue, NH. So I had sent it there, but now I realize that I should have sent to the Virginia address (44132 Mercure Circle). Has anybody done the same, and how did it play out? Should I resend the package with the documents now?
