Why was my case reopened after approval?

I had my interview on Tuesday. I got an update on Wednesday saying that they sent the card to print. Today I got another update saying that my case was opened for reconsideration. Does anyone have experience with this? Or advice. It’s for my i485. Thank you! I connected with the live chat on USCIS and they said they just see it as approved so maybe the computer she was looking at wasn’t updated yet.
