I-865 & Overseas military base?

My husband who is active duty in the air-force has been transferred to a base in Korea for a 12 month tour of duty. As my sponsor for the K-1 visa, I believe he has an obligation to file form I-865? (I am currently in the AOS process). The form however lists a number of different addresses as to where you must send the form dependent on which state you currently reside in - however as he currently has an airforce base address overseas, soes anybody where he should send the completed I-865 form?

There is an option "If you live anywhere else in the United States" to send the form to Nebraska - does anybody know if "anywhere else in the United States" incorporates overseas military bases?

Yes, "anywhere else" includes military bases.

Send it to Nebraska.
