Sounds like you may need to reconsider your plan and move to his country if you want to continue the relationship.

You've already told them that it is not a bonafide marriage.  I don't see an immigrant visa happening.

Ask USCIS to REVALIDATE the Petition …it’s a bit like adding  (;to the “ unwithdraw “:): be honest and explain what happened between the two of you that led to want to both hurt and end it with your husband..( jealousy, anger can cloud even the most rational mind). And of course, reaffirm both your commitment to the marriage and add anything new that you can.

Bring in either a family therapist ( zoom ) or religious leader of your church to talk with/ meet with both and write a letter in support of you and your marriage…and definitely plan for immediate frequent visits and “ real time spent w your husband.”

If in case the case was already revoked (;I doubt it since there has been no notice ):, you can appeal the revocation by filing EOIR-29 ( cost $110).. just state your facts and present the same arguments.

The facts are pretty simple ( correct) me if I am wrong:

You meet, fall in love , marry and file. The separation/ waiting is the hardest part and takes its toll on your own sanity , jealousy/ anger ?…one of those overpowering emotions ( see Shakespeare, most all Opera theme ..history) and you see red and not only want to end it w your spouse but you want to hurt them …because you feel hurt.
But Love and common sense win the day and now you bring evidence to show YOUR MARRIAGE is back on course ( therapy and evaluation report, letter from church his or yours ) .

Don’t just start a new Petition… fight to keep your Husband, Marriage and Petition . …besides u need to resolve and “ undo” those allegations you made IF you ever want him to come to US.

They will not open it again, you have to start all over. I am writing from experience, my fiance then who is now my husband did such thing when we filed for k1 visa at the embassy stage, he immediately wrote back to them expressing his regret but it was too late, that's why he got married and refiled again.

I really don't know why people don't think very hard before taking some actions especially when it has to do with things like this. That's why they say DO NOT MAKE DECISION WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY.

Don't waste your time by asking or guessing, just go start all over.

Good luck.

OP listen to this experience!!!

I'm probably the last person on this planet to offer up relationship advice, but the way you're going, you're trouble keeping your story straight. When you tell the truth, you don't have to remember what you said. Come clean with your other half and take your lumps.  If it goes down the toilet, it would have anyway, just not over that.  Good luck.

It could be seen that you were lying either when you submitted documentation to establish the relationship was legitimate......or when you wrote the withdrawal letter claiming your spouse tried to scam you.  I would not be surprised to see a new case get a lot of close scrutiny.  Good luck.

Exactly. Even if this mess hadn't happened, spending time together is key to see whether this is a relationship worth having.

If I was the spouse....I would be the one running out. Immigration is not a kid's game specially when the things you said might affect the other person permanently.

What will happen next time you get even more angry? Only God knows.

Good luck to both of you, hope things work out the best for both sides.

OP

many think they can not take a month trip as most only have 2 weeks off for vacation but u can ask for a leave of absence

My Adil works as much overtime as he can so he can afford to take off a month to visit family

work overtime /  get a second job

do whatever it takes to have enough money to spend more than 2 weeks a year

a year and a half of talking and only 2 week visits / i would be surprised if the visa was granted in the first place/ getting a visa approved in our MENA countries is extremely hard

Seriously immigration will review the packet ,  note the length of time spent together , note if u married on the 1st trip and now note the withdrawal notice you sent.

u made the hard process close to impossible and the case and immigrant will now undergo a lot of scrutiny and possibly a ds 5535 for extra security checks to see if what u claimed in  the withdrawal letter was valid in the 1st place

If it's within 2 years since I-130 was approved, then OP can save $535 and just ask USCIS to re-start Consular processing based on the same initial petition for the immediate relative of a U.S. citizen. I-130 is valid 2 years.

Ahh he does not know, that's the kinda things that can derail you again! Maybe he will find out then react the same way you did!!! Better fess up and I mean before you file the new case. It's better if you fess up NOW before you file. Just explain why you did it, explain you over reacted I'm sure he'll be angry, but then it'll blow over, but better do it before you file again or you are asking for trouble big trouble later on down the road. FESS UP!!!!!
