i-134 annual income is less then 125% poverty guidelines!! and don’t have any co-sponsor !! please help is there any way ?

for a K1 the income is 100% of poverty guidelines

I 134 is for K1

Not really, because the 125% will be needed for AOS.

 

Petitioner can look to get second job or one that lays above poverty wages.

our lawyer said you will need to find a co-sponser , my fiance annual income in 2021 tax papers is 22600. but 2022 march poverty guidelines are increased by 22890

my fiancé filled 2021 tax papers her income is 22600, but uscis increased the poverty guidelines in march atleast 22890 needed

2) petitioner switches jobs to a higher paying one.

3) petitioner and beneficiary move to another country.

yeah , she got a higher paying job in feb 2022,

My understanding is that income is not relevant until interview time. Meaning, if petitioner’s income is above the poverty guideline by the time of the interview it should be ok. But I’ll let others more knowledgeable on K1s chime in.

in the interview they will see recent annual tax papers , new guidelines are above 22890. my fiancé income is 22600

You need a co- sponsor.

That's an asset, and my understanding is that acceptance of assets is completely up to officer discretion. Easier to get a second or other job imho.
