i-134 annual income is less then 125% poverty guidelines!! and don’t have any co-sponsor !! please help is there any way ?

Not really, because the 125% will be needed for AOS.

Petitioner can look to get second job or one that lays above poverty wages.

Solutions:

1) petitioner gets a second job.

2) petitioner switches jobs to a higher paying one.

3) petitioner and beneficiary move to another country.

2021 may

My understanding is that income is not relevant until interview time. Meaning, if petitioner’s income is above the poverty guideline by the time of the interview it should be ok. But I’ll let others more knowledgeable on K1s chime in.

What’s the expected income for 2022 as of now?

You need a co- sponsor.

Which embassy are you going through? Please complete your profile and timeline to get more accurate answers. Acceptance of co- sponsors for a K1 might vary by Embassy/ Consulate

That's an asset, and my understanding is that acceptance of assets is completely up to officer discretion. Easier to get a second or other job imho.

Your co- sponsors don't have to be family FYI.

Complete your profile in your account.
