The process starts with action by the US Citizen.  I gave a link to the partners page, where professional help is available.  Otherwise, your spouse would be wise to join in your research by clicking on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here.

Your husband should help you with this because first he is the one to petition you for spousal visa. Both of you will do the research like above said or you can go to Philippines forums and they can help you there step by step without a lawyer. You can do it yourself the better..

I'm sorry, but neither you or any other member here knows whether THIS couple can do it themselves at all, much less "better".  Lots of "ifs" to apply before reaching that conclusion.

Hello! There seem to be three people in your profile photo. Is the child is not a US citizen and you want them to join you in the US your husband will also need to petition them.

Read through the guides:

If you have any questions related to paperwork out of Philippines ask them in that forum:

https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

And if you feel overwhelmed by the process you should consider hiring someone.

Be aware this process is not quick... and it might take 1.5 to 2 years before you (the non US citizen) can move over to the US.

Your husband is of course free to move back whenever he chooses.
