I had a quick question. Do I need to submit my divorce records (US Spouse), along with my Mexican spouses information under the IV
Application?

This is what I have uploaded before I submitted.

Yes, submit all divorce decrees/certificates under civil documents.

I have uploaded what I think are the required forms to NVC. However I have been reading that we also need to upload out marriage certificates and the divorce decrees. Is this correct? I uploaded everything except the marriage certificates, because I don't believe they were required. If so is it required for both the applicant and the petitioner? In addition the divorce document the wife has is from Mexico, and is only one page. I was also reading that this is not the divorce paperwork NVC is looking for, and she Leeds to get one that are several pages long. She is currently trying to aquire the document now. However, if I have to provide all my marriage certificates as well that could take a while. Please advise.

As mentioned above, submit all divorce decrees.  Current marriage certificate is a basic requirement for spouse visa cases.  Prior marriage certificates are not required, but it would not hurt to upload them as supporting documents under the Additional Documents section (do not upload them under the section for basic requirements).  Some consul officers require the marriage certificates corresponding to the submitted divorce decrees.
