Your first post said "All you have to do is to prove why you want the different city.".  That is 100% false..... Believe me,  @pushbrk doesn't need to be rescued....LOL.

I'm still laughing out loud at this one.

No one will stop you from laugh. Good for health if not from smoking weed lol

Not laughing at you. Laughing at the comment about me not needing rescue.

FYI, I live in the Philippines.  My ex wife is Chinese.  I've been here since 2005. That and other reasons would be why I know your post is not "helpful" and certainly not a "trick".  You cannot "trick" NVC into transferring a case to another Consulate, and you don't need to give a "reason for wanting to".  You just request it, if you want (for any reason) and have the needed status to have your request accepted.  This is well known information but any senior member here.

If you want to expedite your interview date for your I 130, here is a tip after my research. You chose the service center with the lesser load. If you live in London you can request your interview in Amsterdam or any other city where you go easily. All you have to do is to prove why you want the different city.

Absolutely no load in Amsterdam in March 2022

This is great advice... but the consulates you chose aren't the best for this "trick".

DQ to London is extremely fast! I believe you receive an interview date 2-4 weeks after DQ. And London issued 41 IR1/CR1 visas in March 2022.

One should never just look at the numbers for the previous months.

One needs to research if the wait times really are all that different and if it makes sense financially to travel to the second country.

And you can only ever do this if you are a legal resident/citizen in that country.

I can interview in two countries. The country I currently live in and my home country. Seoul had 42 interviews in March, 2022. My home country had 19 interviews.

My home country does appear to be faster. But, I have also seen medicals in my home country are backed up so I'd have to probably go home for a month or two.

One needs to research all the different conditions in each country and not just look at case load.
