Hello Mechy,

did you manage to get your immigration interview in the Abu Dhabi embassy scheduled or not yet as my husband is in the same situation but he’s been on the waiting list since January.

Hopefully yours got scheduled already.

I have completed my interview March 2022 and now my case is under admin processing utile today

It has been more than three months

hi, appreciate any insights of what to expect on the day of EB1A interview.

do they ask to see your existing employment details like a confirmation letter and payslips?

and given this is a self pEtitioned visa, do they ask to see if you have a job offer lined up on arrival? It’s a bit tricky given you don’t officially have a visa and most companies are hesitant to issue an offer until you have a visa, so what do they want to see for your future plans
