What does it means that the case has been escalated to post? I have emailed them with all additional documents required asking for a new appointment and when I checked the status of the email that’s what it said.

I CHECKED THE STATUS OF A REPORT ( EMAIL ) I WROTE AND SEND THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO MAKE A NEW APPOINMENT. I SEND IT IN 4/20. THEN I CHECKED AND IT SAID ESCALATED TO POST. BUT NOW I DON'T SEE THE REPORT THERE IN THE PORTAL AND THEY HAVENT REPLY TO THE EMAIL FOR IT? I ALSO SEND IT THE DOCUMENTS PHYSICALLY. I CALLED AND THEY HAD TOLD ME THE REPORT WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT AND THAT I SHOULD BE RECEIVING AN ANSWER WITHIN FEW WEEKS.
