With no criminal record and no other issues, then rest assured you have nothing to worry about, just go through the process..sometimes it’s John Doe , John I. Doe name similarities.

You can actually go into to ASC before your appointment date  and nicely ask them to accommodate your walk in …to get it over with.

Thank You for your advisement. I went to the ASC at Brooklyn, I ask them nicely and told them that I will be out of the country next month and They let me in as an walking. It only take me 15 minutes. They take a picture from me, they scan all my fingers and then make me sign and that was all. 😇☺️😌🙏🙏🙏

Please keep us updated on your petition and process.

We don't have a lot of members applying for a spousal visa 3 times for different beneficiaries. So, your experience will help others know about any potential problems they could face.

IDK but I think being asked for biometrics is a good thing in your case. You mentioned previously submitting letters alleging fraud by those you've sponsored. So it makes sense to think your file with USCIS has various tags attached and it's good that they are verifying your identity when processing a new petition.

So personally I would be happy they are verifying my identity. Means no one could submit something pretending to be you,  which from your previous relationships could be a concern.

You can also do a basic Google search of your name and variations of it and may find theres a 'Jennifer' or Jenafer or Jenifer similar last name with significant issues. Biometrics is simply USCISs way of verifying your identity and criminal record. Since you have no record you have nothing to worry about. Your prints will not reveal anything and if anything will confirm you are not the individual with whatever criminal issues they may have.

Also biometrics is a standard first step in the 130 process when they are intending on interviewing you (the petitioner). Because of your past filings and issues its logical to think they will want to interview you as part of the 130 process and approval.

I would suggest gathering any documents about your past filings and familiarizing your self with the details you may have been trying to forget as well as gathering current/updated evidences for the current 130. You can also find an attorney to accompany you to the interview if you choose.

Having an attorney present isn't required but it can be helpful if the Officer is intending to give you a hard time or ask you questions in a way where you trip over words and hence they use that as a reason for denial.  You never know when going for an interview how it will play out.

Perhaps you don't get an interview but I am thinking you probably will based on the overall circumstances. There can be significant delays in getting an interview scheduled so you will want to stay on top of the processing. You may see updates about the biometrics and then silence.  An inquiry by yourself or a congressman at that point may reveal you are waiting for an interview slot if the system doesn't update as such. Your case may also simply resume normal processing which doesn't include an interview for the petitioner for the 130.

I understand all what you tell me. If they call me for interview I will go. And I will tell them the truth like I always do. I don’t scare Inmigration officers here. Inmigration officers on the consular section in DR they are very rude and even them I don’t scare. I spoke to officers for many reasons. Like for my first husband I went with him for the interview of removal conditions on residence. I spoke to consular officer in the consular interview of my two previous husband and for a K1 interview too. Plus I spoke to consular officer when I renew my boy passport after his 5 birthday. and last time I spoke to an officer was this year on January when me and my actual husband went to the consulate of DR to make my baby consular report of birth abroad because I give a birth on my home country.

I can not afford a lawyer because of my present economy that is not good at all. But I always walk in the true line and I believe in God, God will make me the miracle 🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊
