I am a Palestinian was born in Saudi Arabia and I have a Syrian travel document for Palestinians refugees “but I am not a Saudi or Syrian citizen”

On the N400 online application, Palestine is not available as an option for the country of citizenship on the drop-down-menu.

Please advise, what should I select for my country of citizenship on the N400 online application?

Thank you!

I think for Palestinian, it will be based on your travel document.

No, Stateless is not an available option

I notice "West Bank" is an option, but they don't show "Mandatory Palestine" as an option.  Are you as a Palestinian Refugee considered a citizen of West Bank?

Maybe just file a paper N-400? The country of citizenship or nationality box there is a text box rather than a dropdown, there you can just type in "stateless" or "see explanation" and attach a sheet of paper with your statement and let USCIS decide what to put down for country of former nationality on your naturalization certificate.
