I got married in 2020 and filed for my wife's petition right when I got back. The USCIS approved it on September 23 2021 and sent it to NVC Islamabad, Pakistan. Everytime I check the CEAC website it's the same thing. All the fee are paid and paperwork uploaded. Also the priority date given is January 13 2021 ( which I dont know what it means by PRIORITY DATE GIVEN )

What date did you file the I-130?

Usually priority date refers to when you submitted the petition.

Have you been DQ'ed?

You can follow this thread to see when interviews are being scheduled for Islamabad

PD is usually the date uscis received your i130 petition. It doesn't matter in your case anyway since yours is for immediate relative. Anyway, there is a separate topic going regarding USEM Islamabad. I believe people DQ'ed 1.5 years ago or so are getting their interview scheduled. So expect a long wait.

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

What is being DQ'ed ? Also it's been about a year and 3 months so far. What does it mean "people DQ'ed 1.5 years ago" also did they get DQ'ed at Islamabad, Pakistan.  Or a different country ?

Have they accepted all the documents you've submitted and put you in line for interview at Islambad or are you still submitting documents to NVC

You haven't been DQ'ed yet.  Looks like there are some documents submitted 22 Jan 2022?

Were you asked at any point to submit additional documents or re-submit documents?

As of 7 March 2022, they are reviewing documents from 3 December 2021. I believe you still have a month or so before possible DQ and being put in line for interview.

Okay just to let you know your case was not sent to embassy. It was sent to NVC for processing.Your status if you check visa status will tell you all the steps you need to take.

Only when you are DQ'd which is when all your documents are reviewed and accepted and you will get a DQ'd email in your account they're telling you everything has been accepted and now you are DQ'd and put in Interview queue for your country.
Also your status will change on the visa tracker to "AT NVC" once you are DQ'd.

Once you are DQ'd for your embassy you are looking at 14 to 16 month wait for interview.

I applied for my wife's visa petition last year, and so far it's still in progress. I've sent in all the documents required. I'm still lost on what is taking long for my paperwork to even be looked at and would really appreciate any help. I've paid all the required fee and sent in my paperwork. They said my financial requirements were not met when I sent my 2020 tax return, bit the 2021 tax return I've made more then the required amount and sent them the paperwork. I made about $8,000 more then the required amount (would anyone know if they might approve my tax return for this year. Also what is the process for bank statements ? Like do they ask for bank statements to see how much money I have in my account, because I sometimes withdraw money and keep it in my brothers account. We are both joint account holders. Someone mentioned that they ask for bank statements to see how much money I have. Would really appreciate if anyone can clarify that. Also I've attached some progress of my visa application if anyone can help with the time they might take further for my paperwork to be approved and I'm given an interview date. My wife is from Pakistan and I filled out the visa application trough I think texas. Once again I really appreciate any help thank you

You can follow timeline for DQ to interview for ISLAMABAD here:

I see you have two RFEs for April 12. What does the second one say?

That was just them asking for income verification since my last year tax return didnt meet in required income amount,  so I sent them this year tax return that I filled out in January which I earned over the required amount

The first RFE you mentioned usually leads to DQ if no other RFE's are issued.

Uploading 2021 tax returns might not lead to DQ. You need to upload pay stubs or verification of employment under the "proof of employment/self employment" tab.

Generally, if someone does not make enough money to sponsor they gave to show proof of income.
