Wow, that's awesome. Did you pay $2500 to have your case expedited?

Not available for family based petitions/visas, correct?

Maybe I missed something..

It is my understanding that there is no 'expedite' available for K-1 [I-129(f)] processing.

Was this due to the adjudication of the form being outside of normal timelines (expected timelines)?

Also, it was mentioned about expedite at the embassy, what is this and what is needed?

Thanks!

That doesn't look like an expedite it looks like normal processing.

"Normal" processing is at the moment +13-15months. We waited almost 12 and it is crazy anyone needs to make expedite requests at this point, they should have processed cases already. They have more than doubled the processing times. There are still January-March 2021 filers waiting NOA2. Situation with the processing times is absolutely heart breaking and shocking... 😕 We are so blessed we got our expedite request approved and finally the case approved too, but unfortunately most of the applicants are waiting more than a year now to get the I-129F processed by USCIS.

My expedite request was approved on 02-16 and i received noa2 on March 04. However it has been over 50 days and my case has not arrived at nvc.

Have you contacted congressman or USCIS or anywhere about it? When did you call NVC? I am so sorry it is taking that long 😕

I have already contacted congressman, ombdusman and received a new noa2 date and confirmed that it has been resent. That was last week. I call nvc almost daily.
