We included the letter to withdraw our K1 application (filed on 2020, approved 2021) with our AOS (from B1/B2) packet, sent to USCIS.

Online account still indicates that the K1 is approved, and status is still at NVC. Is there is any way to verify if our petition has been properly withdrawn?

For reference, despite having this, our AOS case is still being processed (received notices, RFEs, biometrics)

Hi!

Sorry to open this thread again, so we received an email from NVC that they sent our K1 case to the US embassy. At this point, do we have to send an email to the NVC? Embassy? Or both?

I would.  Tell them you are now married, and you wish to withdraw it.

Reviving this thread because we received an email from the US Embassy that we can now schedule the interview for our K1 visa. Should we still call (we’ve already sent an email to both the NVC and embassy) or just let it be..?

if you already send an email, let it be

if you have free time and can call, you can try that too
