@Surulere @José Luís Vieira any updates on your case ?

Looks like these delays seem to be discussed by lawyers in different forums, hoping we hear good news soon.

Well, still waiting... I'm hoping to get any news this week. Keeping the hopes high!

Just checked the case tracker and saw: "Case Was Sent To The Department of State!" 🥳 Only 3 days after the Ombudsman response, finally some good news! It seems that the USCIS is picking up the steam and starting to send the old cases. Keep your hopes high! I'll keep you all posted of any updates.

Congratulations!! That's great news, after months of waiting. Surely things will move fast from now on.

When did you file the Ombudsman ? Looks like that's the only choice now to get any help.

The Ombudsman request was sent on June 22th and then replied in June 29th. In July 5th the case status changed to "sent to the dos."
