yes, only US account. $345/person. DS-260 you can submit on line, but civil document by mail.

Hi! Ombudsman has answered your request? I talked to my lawyer yesterday about it. The only inconvenient in my case is that I need the signature of the petitioner.

Hi I am new to the forum and have a similar issue to you all here.

My EB-1C I-140 was approved on April 18th 2022.  We have not yet received the welcome letter from NVC - almost 2 months now. Our Attorney has also not received any notifications.

We called NVC (before they shut down the phone help lines) and they had not yet received our case from USCIS.

We called USCIS and they said they will have to check and call us back in a month !! Waiting for the call back from USCIS and hoping they can find our case and send it too NVC.

I've been waiting since January for my welcome letter :(

Oh dear !! Hope you get it soon.

To be honest, I'm losing my hope. uscis and nvc are the worst institutions in the whole world. I do not know what else to do. I beg my attorney to ask for help with the CIS ombudsman, but she has not answer yet about it.

Can understand your stress. Just hang in there, things will be sorted out.

My attorney called the uscis 45 days ago and they said the same about the 30 days of waiting.  Right now is been 45 days without anything from them.

Does it take this long for the others  too? I thought they usually call like in 2 weeks plus.

45 days and no call that's quite unacceptable. Sad.

Hello, we have a similar timeline and still waiting to receive welcome letter from NVC as well. Contacted USCIS and was told it takes about 90days for them to transfer approved petitions to NVC, although the approval notice states 30 days.

NVC advised I wait for 60 days, after which I can send them a follow up request. Really an exercise in patience!

Have you heard from NVC yet?

We have no updates from USCIS yet, no call back. Looks like so many of us are waiting for the NVC welcome letter, no longer one off cases.

Really a test of patience, hopefully someone looks at these issues and resolve them.

Read an interesting post in another thread of this forum:

Please go to end of page 184 for the detailed post by member - Blueeyes1989

He has referred to this document https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/AILA/AILA-Agenda-06-09-2022.pdf

Please refer to Point no 16. What they have described there is exactly what we are all experiencing. We should follow up with NVC using the mail id they have provided.

I read that some of the members have tried that too and still may not have received a reply. But surely worth a try.
