How did you contact NVC to find out they had received it?

You can send a public inquiry via the NVC website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

So the case creation date jumped from 16 Nov 22 to 13 Dec 22 (Yay?)

My case was sent to NVC on 26 Nov 22, any idea how long will it take to get the welcome letter?

Hmm, that's strange. I would assume your case is created already based on the timeframe (Dec 13). You should probably do an inquiry to first ask NVC if they have indeed received your case (even though USCIS case status says it was sent to DoS but just in case it was somehow lost in transit), and second, ask them why you haven't received your welcome letter since you should have, based on the timeframe.

Sent the inquiry for receipt of case... Hopefully I will get the letter before they reply 😢🤞🏼

Is their any link where I can get this status?

Hi samq26. You can check with your case number in USCIS case status webpage. It’ll show you the date your case was sent to the Department of State.
This happens after approval notice (sometimes it can take up to 3 months for USCIS to send the case to NVC).
