The title is misleading. It says AOS, but you posted on the Removal of conditions sub forum. I’m assuming that’s where you wanted to post, since there is no divorce waiver for AOS.

Why do you think you got a RFE after the interview?

You are right. Am sorry, I don't see edit or delete option. It should be ROC instead of AOS.

I really don't know. My interview was less then 5 minutes, not many questions asked. I submitted a lot of documentation. VO asked questions like,

1. Where is your wife? Said I am divorced and changed to waiver few months ago (We were together for 6 years, married for 4.5 years)

2. Asked divorce dates and reason

3.Asked the address during divorce.

4. Asked did we have kids together - replied No

Then said that officer will let me know if have more questions. Later received an rfe asking for,

  1. Pics or bonafide letters from marriage to separation. - Sent 100+ pics of our trips, wedding, birthday celebrations, christmas, easter, thanksgiving events with our families etc

  2. Lease documents from marriage to separation. - Sent all the lease documents except 3 months as the leasing management changed for one of the properties we lived and they don't have copies.

  3. Utility bills and other poof of joint ownership from marriage to separation. - Sent the utility bills on ex-wife's name like electricity, internet and bills with both of our details like vehicle insurance.

  4. bank statements during the time we were together to show daily  expenses - We don't have joint bank statements so I provided all credit card and bank statements of mine which we used for daily activities and also attached 50+ women related items bought on Amazon ordered towards my ex wife name which include details of our address over the years as well.

 5. Health and life insurance from marriage to divorce - Submitted all health insurances with both of our names and life insurance with my ex as my beneficiary.
