Everything they do will be within the law. But they have discretion to do what they have to do clear backlogs, again within what the law requires.

But someone did suggest that.. they stated the Embassy was given full autonomy to decide who and when gets their interview not based on any criteria that corresponds to the law.. that’s why Maabena commented to begin with..

Latest communication on USEM Accra website says they are prioritizing based on priority dates. I think that means they are not prioritizing solely based on who DQ'ed first. It's possible an applicant

The guidance was established to help operations amid COVID-19. The rescission of the guidance does not in fact mean that Embassy can do what they want. It only aims to bring it back to the status quo

That is sooo not what I said. Ain't no one talking about breaking laws.

This was the announcement back in November.

The last sentence states the reference.

Didn’t say that’s what you said verbatim, I said it was suggested.. cause that’s how it comes off. But I’m off it cause unless any of us actually works for USEM we are all making educated guesses. Hopefully everyone gets their IL’s soon. Have a great day all!❤️
