Yes, she is aware and understand the US process for the visa. Her concern is not with US authorities or processes. She is concerned with the Philippines immigration services offloading her from her flight due to lack of documentation. Even with K-1 visa in hand, she is scared that she will no be able to produce all the documents required for her to make the trip to the US. I think she is hearing horror stories on her FB group. But I believe they are more related to tourist visas and not the K-1 visa.

Thanks to everyone who has reassured me! I am so excited that we are finally at this stage. Its been a couple of years since we originally applied and I know it will be well worth the prolonged wait!

I think where the confusion probably arose is there have been numerous instances of Philippine Immigration at the airport requesting documents such as apostilled AOS or FBI reports and all other manner of crazy random documents in conjunction with offloading single women traveling alone to meet overseas boyfriends during the travel ban.  Various Facebook groups are full of very real first hand stories of women being offloaded and full of advice about how to avoid it.  However, this does not apply at all to your fiancée with a K1 visa in her passport.  She WILL have to complete the CFO process and god knows they have been known to make up some bizarre document requirements from time to time but usually CFO goes just fine, and with a K1 visa in her passport and a CFO certificate your fiancée is pretty much assured of not being offloaded.

I saw your Fiancé post on the FB group "CFO Seminar Support Group"

Tell her don't be too engulf with the responses she receives in there.

Posing a question in there without giving the details will give you 100% discrepancies in answers.
