well as I'm not yet in the united states (flight is for June, 2 ,2022) when my fiancée and i will get married!! i do have some time to obtain these documents and further my understanding of how to proceed before i file for the AOS which will happen shortly after our marriage.

What you just wrote on this very public forum GOES against the immigration laws of the US. And in the great American Spirit of DIY, everyone here posts to HELP NAVIGATE the DIY , not break the law.

You are outside the USA. 
 

You are planning to come to the USA and adjust status. This is immigration fraud.

Oh i did not realize this and i apologies. I was under the understanding that you were suppose to do so under a K1 visa holder

Oh , bloody hell, I am soooo sorry! Perhaps I need a VJ break, I see ghosts everywhere… My apologies I misunderstood your statement to mean you are planning to enter as Visitor, then switch.

Yea not a tourist Visa lol i should have stated i already have an approved  K-1 Visa packet. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for all your help.
