I’m in the process of submitting my petition packet and as the petitioner I have 5 counts of control substance BY FORGERY. I plead guilty and the outcome of the charges were NOLLE PROSEQUI ALL COUNTS. On question 2c. below I answered no because it says 3 or more arrest which mines was 1 arrest did I answer this question correctly? I did answer YES to the question regarding all other arrests.
 

2.c. Three or more arrests or convictions, not from a single act, for crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol?
