Replacement of Current joint sponsor

Hello

We would change our current joint sponsor by a new one with better income before interview @ US embassy Tunisia

* Current joint sponsor won't give us his 2021 tax return and won't give us a withdraw letter of his I864

Questions

1- can the petitioner upolad a letter request of the replacement , or is not required?

2- should we only upload or upload and click on submit the new joint sponsor docs on Ceac or we should ask the embassy before doing this ?

3 - bring the new joint sponsor docs to the embassy without submit them on CEAC?

Thanks

Hello Guys

We decides to replace our current joint by a new one sponsor after getting DQ.

My question :

✓ Could we submit the new joint sponsor under the petitioner name ( on additional documents section ? Or we bring the new joint sponsor documents to the interview ?

You still can’t start several threads if your question isn’t answered. It’s considered spamming and is against the TOS of this website.

Nobody answered because nobody who knew the answer saw your question yet.  Just remove the current joint sponsor's documents and replace them with those of the new sponsor.

Then upload the new ones and ask the Consular Officer to remove the old ones.
