What's the best email address to contact US embassy in Frankfurt?

My NVC expedite for I129-F has been accepted by the US embassy in Frankfurt and I wanted to communicate with the consular officer to request to allow my fiance and her kids to get the required medical tests done in Warsaw, Poland. In connection to that I have emailed to IRCFrankfurt@state.gov (For Public Affairs) but there is no response whatsoever and it has been 3 days now. Does anyone know what would be the right email address to reach the visa section directly?

Secondly, do we need to fill the DS-160 form before the US embassy in Frankfurt contacts us to schedule the interview or have to wait for the direction from the US embassy in Frankfurt? Only people who have gone through the process answer as I want to keep the guess work out. Thanks!

Look for other posts on this - someone posted screenshot from the email from consulate staffing that medical can be done anywhere in Europe and it will be accepted in Frankfurt.

Thanks much for the information. I'll look through other posts but if anyone finds the post please link it here.

Hi, I've read the same information as above, that you can do it in any European country.

Quick question, do you mind sharing how you applied for the NVC expedite and how long did the process take you? We just submitted all the documents to them and are looking for the ways to expedite cause 3-4 months wait does not look appealing :(

I tried this Google docs link earlier and selected medical tests option and it just sent me to a message saying that medical tests are needed for the interview appointment and didn't give me an option to contact the embassy.

I have waited for 3 weeks after USCIS sent the petition and they were just saying that they never received it and on April 11th I sent an email to NVCexpedite@state.gov with detailed explanation as what's going on with my fiance and her kids in Poland and they sent the expedite request to Frankfurt embassy and they approved it so NVC said that they are sending the petition to Frankfurt embassy and it will take two weeks. In the mean time I want to get the medical done in Poland so that she will travel to Frankfurt for the interview and then come to the US from Frankfurt. Hope this helps and I wish you luck.

Could someone answer the DS-160 question I had mentioned in my original post?

You told most here not to answer in your original post, so you may not get much feedback.

That doc is the key. If you select the specific section for Ukrainians. You will get this.....

Immigrant Visa Services
Embassy Kyiv has temporarily ceased all consular services in Ukraine, including all visa services. Effective immediately, Ukrainian immigrant visas (IVs), other than adoption cases, will be processed at Consulate General Frankfurt. This includes fiancé and diversity visas (DVs). Embassy Warsaw will process all IR-3 and IR-4 adoption cases, as well as A and G visa applications, that would normally be submitted to Embassy Kyiv.

If you or your relative has fled from the armed conflict in Ukraine and is seeking Immigrant Visa Services in Germany, please contact the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt by emailing FrankfurtVisaInquiries@state.gov using the following subject line:

C22 - UKRAINE - FULL NAME.

I sent an email to Frankfurtvisainquiries@state.gov that was not properly formatted. Waited 3 weeks. Only to find out that if its not properly formatted it will get auto deleted by their system

Send them an email with exactly this as the subject line

C22 - UKRAINE - FULL NAME.

(where FULL NAME is your FIRST and LAST name)

When formatted properly they answer pretty quickly. Mine was deleted because I didn't have the dashes. Yes it's that stupid....

Looks like my request to get my question answered from experience than guess work has been misunderstood. The reason for this is because if I follow someone's guess work and fill up 3 DS-160 forms (fiance and her two kids) of several pages each before the embassy directed me to do so and cannot submit them for the very same reason then my effort will go futile. If someone here did it ahead of the curve and were able to submit then I would like to know so I could do so too. I hope this clears the air about my request.

Still, it is against the TOS to tell people not to post.

There are senior VJ members that have knowledge of processes and procedures without having gone through specific aspects of it personally.  Keeping an open mind is a good thing.

Good explanation, all.  Thanks for clearing the air in such a positive way. :)

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
