Okay. I filed a K1 petition and it asked to list children from both parties. Only one child is flying with him over here. I just received an email stating that they have not received the medical reports of the other child and should reschedule (not to bother to show up for the interview on chosen appointment date for my fiance and the child traveling.

Is this a normal email to.send due to the numbers of children listed? Will my fiance still be able to keep current appointment date? Or the whole reschedule request is applicable to everyone on the petition?

Thanks.

Did you list which child would be following? If you did they could have missed that detail. Maybe someone new.

Just email them and explain the other children are not immigrating at this time.

The option to list which child would be following wasn't on the petition.  But I have emailed them and got automated reply that they are busy and should expect response in about 8 weeks.

By 8 weeks, interview would have passed and I just wanna know if the not bother showing up for interview and reschedule is only applicable to the other child or to everyone on the petition. My fiance and the child traveling already did their medical, consulate acknowledged receipt of their record and we already have a date for both of them.until today I got the email about the other child.

It's been awhile since I saw what is asked on the forms. When we did it it had a spot to list who was coming or who was follow to join.

Unless they cancel the appointment have your fiancé and the child who is coming go to the interview. Your fiancé can explain then.

Email the embassy and ask them not to cancel the appointment and point out only fiancé and child are coming to US at this time.
