I wouldn't really call it censorship, I liken it more to knocking over a board game when you see you are about to lose the game. Nobody has ever knocked over a game board when they were winning.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

To get back on topic, the fight continues.  Looks like Musk is trying to maneuver his way around the poison pill.  It is always interesting to see the steps companies/people will go to maintain their perceived power.

everything I've read about this take over is bad news.

1.) He wants to destroy the account that tracks his plane

Slightly serious

2.) Elon Musk wants to verify every account- and where I'm from that means that submitting your phone number/ ID/government documentation with sensitive information (things I do in Korea to maintain social accounts here)
