Filed I-129F for K-1 Visa for my Cuban Fiancee and sent to TSC as instructed on Form......

Mailed on: 6/25/2007....Received date 6/29/2007 from CSC...

I recieved a Hard Copy from CSC???? Seems to be sent over from Texas Service Center.....

1st. NOA Notice Date:07/9/07 was recieved by me on 07/13/07. Excited but when I checked the Case Status on-line with my reciept number provided on the NOA, it reads:

Receipt Number: WACXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.

On July 13, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested.....

How can July 9 NOA Notice date be followed by RFE on July 13?

I was very accurate and made sure all required documents and evidences of relationship were included.... What Can this be for? Any assitance?

It seems though applying for fiance(e)s from Cuba gets you sent to the front of the line. I'm not really sure why. But as far as what the RFE is requesting, you just have to wait.

It may be something silly, when I sent in forms for AOS one of the questionnaires was missing, they sent me a new one, I filled it out and when we had our interview it never made it into the file. It is amazing how the easiest things can get missed, you may have even forgot to sign or initial something. Just be patient this whole thing takes awhile and wait for it to arrive at your doorstep before worrying about what it might be about.
