Visa question due to abandonment

Hope you are doing good. Myself was on H4 for last four years and we initiated GC and parallel extension for my H4 EAD. Before my extension or my GC is in place, my spouse sent me back home to India and is now not in contact and kind of abandoned me and also denied to sponsor visa. My GC has got RFE and they are looking for AP document. I couldn’t apply for H4 from here since I don’t have any papers with me here. Neither do I have any information/docs regarding AP. Now what are my options if I want to go back to USA. Please advise. Thank you!

Sorry to hear but without your spouse's support, you don't have a way to go the US and your GC processing will be cancelled if you traveled out of the US before you got AP. You can try for a visitor visa but approval will be very unlikely.

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

You have no path to a green card at this point.
