Hi Everyone,

We are about to submit the AOS form online but because we completed the form early this year, the most recent tax year income returns we put is 2020. Now thats it's April 2022 (tax season and petitioners have filed taxes for 2021, should we also amend the AOS form to put in the 2021 returns values?

Thank you!

If you don't have 2021, submit with 2020.

And AOS cannot be entirely done online. Just FYI

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If you are talking about I-864 makes sure you have the correct edition date.

12/08/21. Starting April 7, 2022, we will only accept the 12/08/21 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/10/21 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
