Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong spot!

Is this the correct letter from ford? I got the run around from calling ford that they don’t do it and we have to go to a dealership for our 18 Explorer. So that’s what we did, and charged $50 for it.
is this the correct letter? I thought it had to say something about TPMS from looking at others.

The letter looks good!  I'm guessing your truck has TPMS.

Typically, the letter will state if you meet emissions standards (check) and meets FMVSS standards, which includes TPMS (check), you're good to go.  North American vehicles are easier typically compliant or closer to compliant than others, which is why you see issues with Japanese, Chinese or Korean based brands commonly being imported.

You'll just need the other 2 forms (HS-7 and the EPA form) with your bill of sale and you should be good to go.

Yes; the explorer comes with tpms. I just thought it would state it somewhere in that letter about it. Thank you!

Instead, yours makes a note about daytime driving lights (that's where TPMS notes would be).

You're welcome!
