Did you pay tax on those income?

Income is irrelevant for your N400, as long as you've been filing taxes and not commited any fraud. You could be homeless or a millionaire at this point for all they care.

yes they do care if you don't pay tax.

Working 3 fulltime jobs would mean working 3*40=120 hours a week. That would leave you 48 hours a week (or less then 7 hours a day) to sleep, eat, move from one job to the other, etc.

You could potentially be asked about the practicality of that. If you really are working all these jobs yourself (so you don't have someone else fraudulently working in your name), I am sure you will be able to explain how it all works out for you. And, as said before, paying taxes on these 3 incomes is important as well.

Agree 100%.

What do you qualify as a full-time job?

Some companies restrict secondary employment as part of their contract that you sign with them when you accept employment. But it has no impact on your citizenship application.

Not necessarily 40h each, it depends on the company and policies. Many places consider 30h as full time as an example. 90h/week is tough but highly feasible.

Also OP can just be mistaken and they are not all full time (given that OP hasn't many any more comments nor explained the situation)

Are you hourly or salary?

If you contract stipulates that you are paid for all of your time as a salaried employee then it might be an issue when it comes to explaining that you signed all these contracts in good faith. May adversely affect your good moral character points. Do good, be a volunteer (since you already have 3 jobs, you can probably find some time for volunteering too) and you should be fine :)

Are you suggesting for someone with 3 "full-time" jobs to volunteer? 🤨

Although jokingly, but yes, i do suggest volunteering. If employment history takes a hit, the applicant can make a case that they are a very energetic person and regardless of 3 jobs still has time to volunteer and be involved in their community.

"In general, an officer must consider the totality of the circumstances and weigh all factors, favorable and unfavorable, when considering reformation of character in conjunction with GMC within the relevant period. The following factors may be relevant in assessing an applicant’s current moral character and reformation of character:

  • Family ties and background;

  • Absence or presence of other criminal history;

  • Education;

  • Employment history;

  • Other law-abiding behavior (for example, meeting financial obligations, paying taxes);

  • Community involvement;

  • Credibility of the applicant;

  • Compliance with probation; and

  • Length of time in United States."

@Alexiuuu every poster gave u a clue and answer to your concern IF:

1. you don’t owe back  taxes to IRS ( if u do , have an installment agreement, show u are paying and u still are OK)

2. you have no red flags for fraud ( one job in CA, another in Las Vegas and another in Timbuktu…though with remote jobs nowadays..even that would fly) and if Officer asks you how many hours/ days at each job ( he may ask if you listed them on your app) then BE TRUTHFUL and say how you juggle it. AND please post and tell us here on VJ .  I am already smiling at 8x3=24.

3, You have no criminal record and are not on probation

Your English is fine and I am sure you will pass the civics test . Posting here on VJ , I hope was a good exercise to practice the nuances of an interview. Listen carefully to the Officer’s questions, make sure you understand what he is asking, and keep your answers SHORT and TO THE POINT.
Officer : Mr. @Alexiuuu what day is it?
Mr Alexiuuu: Today is Wednesday ( not it’s Wed, April, 13, 2022, 9:AAm , the sun is shining but my back aches).

Good Luck
