Hello ,

I noticed a change in my status today ( egov.uscis.gov) before it always used to show error on my case but surprisingly today I saw an update showing as Following-On June 17, 2020, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC199024Xxxx, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case.

N-400 has been filed two months back and had interview during AOS.

Almost all field offices processing timeline for N-400 has been changed to 12.5 -36 months. That’s crazy. No one should anticipate to vote in Nov elections??

Doesn't seem that voting will be a reality for most, especially considering the upcoming furloughs and the resistance to all forms of immigration from the executive branch.

Glad it's giving you hope! My RFE was received on June 8 and the case was approved on June 17, so the worker working on my case was very fast. You're up next!

Looks like they've cleared out all but three cases near ours with two of the three being transfers. Apparently we were transferred but received no notice and the new website is never updated. Rotten.

Good luck y'all.

I think it was just case was transferred, new jurisdiction, something like that. Sorry, I don't have the ability to pull it up at the moment as I'm on hold for hours with the IRS lol.

We've shared this before, but a Tier 1 agent said we were transferred but couldn't see where and the date she gave us corresponded with a soft LUD however we've received no status change since Jan 10.

Additionally, and unfortunately, the new website hasn't updated since case was received, back in June 2019.

We did relocate from Texas to Colorado in December, and the same Tier 1 agent said that, for whatever reason, the proper address did not get updated until April 2020. We are really in the dark here about what they are doing but do have a few clues and some general anecdotal evidence via this forum, which is always a great thing to have.

This is soo crazy. Tier -2 agent said , file was transferred to NBC and then transferred back to California service center. All this happened in just 2 days. Don’t know why they do it, transfer to NBC and then back to California for just 1 day .
