Did u ever have an interview previously? Also when were you transferred to nbc? Also someone reported they had that very same update about ready to be scheduled for an interview and then later received an approval without interview.  This was an EAC to NBC..

My case been transfered as of 4/21 2020 speaking to tier 1 says nbc processing time is bettwen 8 to 10 months 

 

I am originally src never got an update that my case was transfered to nbc on both old and new website

This information was obtained over the phone 

 

Nbc will either approve or send rfe or sceduale an interview 

 

Did any one else get tranafered without a specific update ?

 

We transferred some of the following cases from the Texas Service Center to various USCIS Field Offices:

• Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

Surely it isn't going to take an additional 8-10 months to process your case.

I hope not even if it does its okay

She just stated whats the processing time for nbc 

 

Cant tell how theh process the case once moved and cant really verify if it was moved other then trusting the call center

How asinine is their decision making? Send backlogged cases to a backlogged service center and send later filers to regional service centers for adjudication. It's laughable. Wish Congress would introduce some transparency and oversight into this mess.

Well, good luck with the adjudication. I have a suspicion ours is also at NBC seeing as how most of the cases around ours have been approved.

UsciS over the phone can tell you which one.  When I got the soft update I contacted them n they told me lees summit Missouri .. n then the mail came confirming the national benefits center

Last time we called they said they couldn't see where it was transferred and we've had no correspondence in the mail from USCIS.

It really is just about as frustrating a process as can be. We've already filed n400 but my greatest fear is that we'll end up like the folks still waiting from 2017 and 2018. Also, since she had interviews for both K1 and AOS, it would be incredibly frustrating to have another interview for ROC. Just have to be from the right country sometimes...

That’s terrible i did see those. Yea I wld hope that doesn’t happen to anyone.
