Yesterday, 20 May 2020 filed on-line N-400 Application for Naturalization. One year ago on May 20, 2019 filed ROC I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residency which was assigned MSC for processing, and since 11 Sep 2019 has been pending ready to schedule an interview at the USCIS Atlanta, GA Field Office.  Will keep all updated/informed upon receipt of any notification of further processing movement hereafter!  We're all in this together.  Wishing everyone continued future approval movement and success in obtaining their ultimate immigration end goals.

Has your information updated on the homepage yet? If so, what is your Estimated Completion Time and Estimated Waiting Time?

We just got off the phone with USCIS. The soft update received on 5/15/2020 was a transfer to a local office for review but they couldn't see which one. They also failed to update our mailing address properly (filed in December 2019 and updated April 2020). Since the agent has said the service center is still Texas perhaps I think it possibly is still in Texas and just got distributed to a local office. Please opine.

Thanks, y'all.

See my post...Same as mine. Most USCIS agents don't have facts and know just as much as we do.

Thanks y'all. We moved from Texas to Colorado last year. It irks me that they didn't know which state the durn thing was in. If it's in Colorado I imagine an interview is upcoming (they interviewed for AOS) or if it is still in Texas it may just be a workload distribution. Who knows, really? Just thought I'd share the bits of information we could glean from the system.

Noone can say for sure. I also did an interview for AOS. I'm still in Texas. Still happily married and have a kid with my husband. Sent enough evidence that shouldn't warrant any delay in the ROC process. Now, it's been 12 months since I filed. I know there was an update on USCIS site about workload distribution and it stated some i751 cases were transferred to different field offices. Seen people whose cases were transferred to local office in another forum recently get approved while others like myself are still hopelessly waiting. I called USCIS to ask which local office it was transferred to, and he couldn't say for sure. He asked for my zip code and then provided the field office location that pulled up for me when I also did a search online. Asked why it was transferred to local office and he said it's usually for review. I could hear the uncertainty in his voice. All we can do is to keep on waiting and hoping for the best.

You don’t have to provide the lease if you’re name isn’t on there unless you attach it with mail proving you live there?

I would focus on the other solid evidences.

You could have your in-laws create a new lease for your and your husband, that shows both your names, the date you moved in, how much you pay in rent etc.

If not a lease, you could instead have your in-laws write a letter describing your living situation, how long you and your husband has lived there together, how much you pay in rent etc.

USCIS' decision won't be made on one single evidence, so a lease or letter is obviously not a must if you have other good evidence. It's just something extra to add that could be a positive factor in your case. I always send more than enough, to be on the safe side.
